  • We reserve your allocated hours in our schedule so unused hours do not roll over.
    However, for annual commitment, we allow one month rollover per year.

  • All plans are charged quarterly on the calendar date from joining.

  • All maintenance plans are quarterly commitments, but you can always pause or cancel every quarter.

  • We will need Administrator access to your website (you remain the Owner) - don’t worry, we’ll let you know how to do this once we get started.
