TEMPLATE DELIVERY
When you purchase a Squarespace template from Launch Week Studio, you will receive a contributor invite to a new Squarespace website.
This template is delivered as a new website instance and is not automatically added to an existing site unless you purchase an install or customization service.
We aim to deliver your template within 24–48 hours, but please allow for slight delays during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods.
If you haven’t received your template within 48 hours, feel free to reach out and we’ll take care of it right away.

TEMPLATE OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY
Once the template has been transferred to your account, it becomes your responsibility to manage, edit, and maintain the site.

• You are free to customize the design, content, and structure

• We are not responsible for accidental edits, deleted sections, or layout changes after transfer

• We are unable to restore or resend a modified version unless a new purchase is made

Think of it like this: once it’s in your hands, it’s yours to shape.

SQUARESPACE REQUIREMENTS
To use your template, you will need:

• A Squarespace account

• An active Squarespace subscription (after trial period ends)

Launch Week Studio is not affiliated with Squarespace. All platform-related billing, subscriptions, and support are handled directly through Squarespace.

REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all template sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made.

INSTALL & 48-HOUR LAUNCH SERVICES (Only applicable if purchased)
If you purchase a Template Install or 48-Hour Launch service:

• We will install and customize the template using your content and branding

• Timeline begins once all required materials are submitted

• Scheduling will be based on your availability and our current booking calendar

While we take care during installation, we are not responsible for any pre-existing issues or conflicts within your current site.

LICENSING & USAGE
Each template purchase is licensed for one website only.
You may:

• Use the template for your own business

• Use the template for a client project (one license per client)

You may NOT:

• Resell, share, or distribute the template

• Claim the design as your own

• Duplicate the template for multiple projects without additional licenses

PROMOTIONAL USE
By purchasing a template, you agree that Launch Week Studio may:

• Feature your website (before or after customization)

• Use it for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes
